| MemphisWeaver Handwoven Textiles MemphisWeaver is a full service handweaving studio located in Memphis, TN. Studio weavers produce original design handwoven textiles that are both functional and decorative. Items for the home such as unique "Wall Rugs" are woven here and may be purchased locally. Smaller accessories such as scarves, purses and guitar straps are also available. Liturgical weaving is another facet of the studio of MemphisWeaver. Paraments including altar cloths and vestments such as liturgical stoles for members of the clergy can be commissioned through the studio. Prayer shawls or tallitot for Jewish worship may also be commissioned. |
| Classes at the Studio of MemphisWeaver Weaving appeals to all ages and abilities. The home weaving studio of MemphisWeaver can accommodate up to 4 students per class and offers an array of classes including Off-Loom Weaving, Frame Loom Weaving, Inkle Loom Weaving and Rigid Heddle Loom Weaving. No previous weaving experience is necessary to participate in any of the classes. MemphisWeaver can also come to your home or facility as well.
